This is the easiest way to understand the design: the Stabilizers work together like a Dragon Spine. The spine adds structure without making the entire hose rigid.

The current design is for pressure-side cleaner hoses measuring approximately 0.75–0.79 inches outside diameter. Measure the hose outside diameter before ordering. It is not intended for suction-side corrugated hoses.
Snap each Stabilizer onto the feed hose and position it between two existing hose floats. Follow the full installation diagram rather than placing every Stabilizer in one continuous section.
These deliberate sections of bare hose allow rotation to occur instead of transferring all twisting forces into the stabilized sections. Keep both Rotation Zones clear as shown in the installation guide.
Yes. Correct installation depends on having floats available on both sides of each Stabilizer. If your hose does not have enough correctly positioned floats, additional compatible hose floats may be needed.
As a general guide: use 5–7 Stabilizers for hoses under 20 feet and 7–10 Stabilizers for 20–30 foot hoses. Deep pools may need 1–2 additional Stabilizers above the backup valve.

Confirm hose diameter and condition, verify every Stabilizer is between floats, and recheck both 18–24 inch Rotation Zones. Then make small positioning adjustments during the first week or two. Replace worn hose sections or swivels if they are no longer rotating freely.
